A surface-care matter, not usually product failure.
FOR THE YEARS AFTER THE GIFT
Warranty Policy
The lifetime warranty, in plain words.
The current published warranty promises replacement if an Eternity Rose display product fails during standard display use. It is an extra promise that operates in addition to the automatic consumer guarantees available under Australian law.

Standard display use
What the promise means
Support if the product fails in normal display conditions
The warranty is directed to manufacturing or product failure during ordinary indoor display. A claim should begin with an email describing the issue, photographs and the original order details. The team can then identify the product and advise the next step.
- Include the order or invoice number
- Photograph the whole item and the affected area
- Do not attempt a repair before contacting support
- Keep the presentation case and certificate
Published exclusions
What the current warranty does not normally cover
The live policy excludes ordinary precious-metal tarnishing, visible damage caused by dropping or bending, and corrosion caused by contact with acidic chemicals. Products designed for display may also show wear if used physically rather than displayed.
Bending, dropping or breakage from handling.
Corrosion after contact with acidic substances.
Your statutory rights
A warranty adds to consumer guarantees; it does not replace them
Australian consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be taken away by a warranty. The remedy available for a problem depends on the circumstances and whether the failure is major or minor.

Answers to the questions we hear most.
Does “lifetime” remove my consumer rights?
No. The published warranty is an additional promise. It cannot replace or reduce rights that apply under Australian Consumer Law.
Is tarnishing a warranty fault?
The current policy says ordinary tarnishing of precious-metal products is not covered as product failure. Contact the team if the surface change appears unusual.
What if my exact product is no longer sold?
The current returns information says a similar product may be offered where an identical replacement is unavailable. Confirm the proposed remedy with customer service.
